Effective September 3, 2026. These terms apply to the Veredio website, preview programme, and Windows application provided by Group SignalNav.

Using Veredio

You must have authority to connect each email account you add. You remain responsible for messages you read, send, move, flag, or delete and for maintaining access to your provider accounts.

Microsoft Store licence

Veredio is distributed through the Microsoft Store. Features and account limits depend on the edition licensed to your Microsoft account. Store purchases, installation, refunds, and device eligibility are also subject to Microsoft’s applicable terms.

Preview software

Early-access builds may contain defects, change without notice, or be discontinued. Keep access to your provider’s own mail application and do not rely on a preview build as the only copy of important information.

Acceptable use

Do not use Veredio to access another person’s account without permission, distribute malware or unsolicited bulk mail, evade provider safeguards, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law or provider terms.

Your providers

Outlook, Microsoft 365, Gmail, and private-mail services are operated independently. Their availability, authentication, quotas, and policies are outside Group SignalNav’s control. Veredio is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated.

Ownership

Veredio, its design, branding, and software are owned by Group SignalNav or its licensors. These terms grant only the right to use the application under the edition you obtained; they do not transfer ownership.

Service and liability

Veredio is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted provider access or error-free operation. Group SignalNav is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from provider outages, account configuration, or use of preview software. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
