Privacy
Plain language, from the beginning.
Effective September 3, 2026. This notice explains how Group SignalNav handles information through the Veredio website and Windows application.
Mail data stays on your PC
Veredio connects directly to the email providers you choose. Message content, attachment downloads, the working mail cache, and the search index are stored locally on your Windows PC. Veredio does not upload your mailbox to a Group SignalNav mail server.
Provider access and credentials
Outlook and Gmail connections use each provider’s authorization flow. Veredio receives authorization tokens, not your provider password, and protects those tokens using Windows facilities and provider libraries. Private-domain credentials are stored using Windows Credential Locker. You can disconnect an account from Veredio’s settings at any time.
Google user data
Veredio uses Google authorization only to provide the email features you request, including displaying and synchronizing mail, sending mail, and applying user-initiated mailbox changes such as read state, flags, labels, or moving a message to Trash. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to build profiles unrelated to Veredio.
Veredio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Humans do not read your Google mail unless you deliberately provide specific content for support, security, legal compliance, or an action you explicitly request.
Website and early-access information
Our website infrastructure and Cloudflare may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security events. If you apply for early access, we collect the application fields you submit. We use them only to evaluate participation, contact applicants, administer the preview, and protect the form from abuse—not to place applicants on an unrelated marketing list.
Retention, sharing, and security
Local mail remains until you remove an account, uninstall Veredio, or a configured retention limit removes cached copies. Early-access applications are retained only as long as needed for the programme and normally no longer than 12 months. Routine web security logs are normally retained for no longer than 30 days. We share personal information only with infrastructure providers acting for us, when required by law, or with your direction; we do not sell it.
Your choices
You can remove a connected account and its local cache from Veredio, revoke access through the provider, and uninstall the application. Detailed steps are on the account and data deletion page. To access, correct, or delete an early-access application, email [email protected].
